Invitation to add your Resource & RSVP for the 2018 Success for Today and Tomorrow Conference: Accessing Disability & Community Resources in the Brazos Valley and Beyond

The Center on Disability & Development, College Station ISD, Bryan ISD, MHMR, BVCIL, BVCOG, Texas Workforce Commission, and Central Baptist Church have come together to host the annual Success for Today & Tomorrow: Accessing Disability & Community Resources in the Brazos Valley & Beyond Conference.

Last year, we developed an area-wide Resource Guide that was distributed during the conference with each resource’s contact information and description. The local agencies/organizations share the Resource Guide with Brazos Valley families and self-advocates throughout the year.  Our 2017 Resource Guide is located here on our website for free download.

This would be a wonderful opportunity to meet our community members and families face-to-face at the conference and/or to highlight the supports, services, programs, and research/intervention opportunities you provide via our Resource Guide.

If you would like to be included in our 2018 Resource Guide >> Please click on the following SURVEY LINK: Success For Today & Tomorrow: Accessing Disability & Community Resources Guide 2018-2019

This is also an invitation to participate in our Success Conference as a vendor/resource booth (it’s free!). Please select “yes” to the last question on the survey if you would like to be included/RSVP as a vendor/resource booth during the Success Conference.

Thank you for all that you do for our university, students, community, and family members! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
