Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) is helping to put together the Pathways to Adulthoodtransition training, given by Texas Parent to Parent, at no cost to BCBSTX STAR Kids members. You can get information and the tools needed to plan for a young adults’ life after high school.

This is open to families who have children with disabilities, chronic illness or other special health care needs, and the professionals who work with them.

Parents, guardians, or legally authorized representatives of children 15 years old and older can attend any of these seminars.
