Pathways to adulthood imageBlue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) is helping to put together the Pathways to Adulthood transition training, given by Texas Parent to Parent, at no cost to BCBSTX STAR Kids members. You can get information and the tools needed to plan for a young adults’ life after high school.
