During December 2014, there were more than 100 million hits to the CEHD news items posted on various websites around the country. Many of these hits are attributed to Dr. Jamilia Blake, associate professor of educational psychology, about research she has conducted on young Black girls who face racial bias in school discipline. Her comments have been quoted in various sites including the New York Times, MSN.com, BET online, and Essence.com.
